Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a 3d Motion Designer to join our Marketing Department.
You’ll produce high-quality animations and visual assets that bring our brand, products, and campaigns to life across digital channels.
Purpose of the Role:
You’ll craft stunning 3D animations that elevate product storytelling and brand identity.
You’ll combine advanced rendering, motion, and compositing skills to deliver visually compelling content across platforms.
Your work will bridge 3D and 2D design, driving creative impact from concept to final frame in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Relevant educational background
• At least 5 years of experience working with After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Octane Render
• A broad set of 3D skills, listed in order of priority: Shading and rendering, Lighting, Animation, Simulations, Modeling.
• Experience integrating 3D into After Effects and working with 2D animation
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Solid understanding of animation principles and video editing skills
• A team player who adapts creative approaches to project requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
• Russian level (C1)/Native
Required Experience:
• Create and animate 3D video content with a focus on exhibition/media environments
• Collaborate with the Art Director and creatives to develop and implement visual concepts
• Work alongside designers and motion artists to produce 3D content and VFX for team projects
• Participate in filming and creative brainstorming sessions
• Research and implement modern trends and tools in motion design
• Present creative ideas and propose innovative solutions
