SOFTSWISS Awarded Great Place to Work® Certification

SOFTSWISS, celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2024, has been honoured with the Great Place to Work® certificate in Poland. This recognition is bestowed annually by the namesake international research and consulting institute upon global, national, regional, and industry employers based on the outcomes of anonymous employee surveys and an analysis of the company’s corporate culture.

After several years in the Polish market, SOFTSWISS has become one of the most attractive international employers. The receipt of the Great Place to Work® certificate further solidifies this reputation.

SOFTSWISS emphasises developing corporate culture and maintaining a solid connection among team members despite living in different countries. Global corporate meetings are an annual tradition, with several large-scale gatherings held last year for joint learning and recreation. In spring, over 1,000 specialists spent four days in Dubai, and in November, around 1,500 people from 40 countries gathered in Turkey for the corporate Values Fest dedicated to the company’s values.
